Graduate Development Programme. Providing the opportunity to become KCA Deutag’s next generation of leaders. Our long-term growth plans provide exciting and challenging opportunities for high calibre graduates to join us in support of our strategic operational and functional requirements. 

What we offer

  1.  Three year fast-track Development Programme, designed to include a combination of four or five week long operational field tours and functional project assignments.
  2. Structured and systematic theoretical learning and development, enabling you to develop your technical ability and your professional business and leadership skills.

Who we look for

We look for graduates with the potential to become our leaders of tomorrow. Individuals who are eager to learn, determined to succeed and are as committed to delivering safe, effective, trouble-free operations as we are.

Our graduates must be educated to degree level, be open to working with different cultures, demonstrate fluency in English and be willing to undertake extensive training in support of their long-term career aspirations.

Graduates must hold a minimum of a 2:1 degree in any discipline, with the following disciplines being preferred; BEng or MEng Honours


BSc Honours in an engineering discipline Study at Masters level is advantageous but not essential.

Due to the success of our Operations Graduate programme in the last few years, we have reviewed our business requirements and are currently not accepting applications for this year's intake of Operations Graduates. 

We remain very much committed to graduate employment and will provide further updates towards the end of 2019 regarding a potential 2020 intake.
